I am a private yoga trainer and meditation coach. I consult with clients to create a yoga program that addresses specific physical or emotional health issues. I work through Gold's Gym and also offer mobile sessions in your own home. I am also a reiki practitioner offering private distance or local reiki sessions to heal and restore body and mind. Reiki works to create positive healing energy for physical and emotional health concerns. There are no adverse side effects and no medications needed.
